Services and proposals

All services are delivered according to a written proposal or agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Payments

Projects typically require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance due on agreed milestones or delivery. Recurring services such as website maintenance, SEO and advertising management are billed monthly in advance.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party software, licences, themes and plugins which remain subject to their own terms.

No performance guarantees

Search rankings, advertising results and lead volumes depend on many factors outside our control. We commit to professional execution and transparent reporting, not to specific outcomes.
